This weekend was adventure filled. A little dancer, a little prancer, a little beatles rock band, and a whole lot of wine and sushi.
Today was long and included a losing a chocolate fight and a complete nutcracking. Whew! Tired and so ready to watch Christmas Vacation and rest up for some serious school night fun. Seems like a good time to do some art work.

I will never cease to be amazed at the amount of info in the world geared towards weddings and coupling. It is just so strange to me the billion dollar industry that has evolved around them. Countless magazines, websites, tv series, movies...
I just don't get it. I have no desire to have a wedding or really to even get married for that matter. This I have discoved makes me something of a social pariah. Sure I enjoy dating, I actually enjoy it quite a bit. Just give me 2 or 3 nights a week buddy and I am a-ok. I don't want to do your laundry thank you very much I barely have time to do my own.
Not that I don't appreciate my lovely coupled friends I just don't want to join them. Most of them get it which is why we are friends but many people don't. I love getting explanations from people as to why they think I'm single and the one thing I have never ever heard is "because you want to be."
